TL;DR: Franco Silicone collects nothing. No data, no analytics, no tracking, no accounts, no network requests. Everything stays on your Mac.
What we collect
Nothing. Franco Silicone does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data, usage data, or any other information whatsoever.
Screen Recording permission
Franco Silicone requests macOS Screen Recording permission for one purpose only: reading the color of pixels under your cursor while the color picker is active. It never records your screen, never saves screenshots, and never transmits anything from your screen. Pixel data is read in real time, used to display the loupe and determine the picked color, and immediately discarded.
What stays on your device
Your color history (last 10 picked colors) and your preferences are stored locally on your Mac, in the app's own settings. They never leave your device.
Third parties
There are none. Franco Silicone contains no third-party SDKs, no analytics frameworks, and no advertising.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be published on this page. Given that the app collects nothing, don't hold your breath.
